Habit make you better or worse


Some day, you try to change your self. But everything that actually change in some short day later. Not more. It's complicated, you are an human being, not a machine, so you cannot change with a single command line, it's a habit, if you not decided to change now, it residents in your blood, your thought , so every try is worthless. Change step by step, an remember that you always keep in mind a bout the good purpose that you planed, and pls try to image that the better thing will come to you if you do that (make the good behavior to your self) and all will come to be worse if you still persistently keep your mind. Just try and get experienced.
